CNC Swiss Machining at Our Core
MECCANICA CNC specializes in CNC Swiss machining for complex, tight-tolerance components engineered for consistent, repeatable production. Our Swiss machining capabilities are supported by CNC turning, milling, comprehensive inspection, and in-house additive manufacturing for a complete manufacturing solution.

CNC Swiss Machining
Our Core Specialty
Vertical machining centres running 3 and 4-axis work on prismatic parts — housings, manifolds, brackets and plates with features on multiple faces. Fixturing is built in-house, so a second operation does not mean a second vendor.
Typical Components
- Precision shafts, pins and studs
- Connector and sensor components
- Fittings, nozzles and valve components
- Medical and surgical components
- Aerospace and instrumentation components
- Complex multi-feature turned parts
Common materials
- 6061-T6 and 7075 aluminium
- 304, 316L and 17-4 PH stainless
- 1018, 4140 and 4340 steel
- Delrin, PEEK and Ultem

Inspection & Quality
Process 02
Inspection & Quality
Precision manufacturing requires controlled verification. From incoming material through in-process checks and final inspection, our quality process is designed to maintain dimensional consistency, traceability and documented conformance throughout production.
Precision Finishing and Micro Deburring
Process 03
Precision Finishing and Micro Deburring
Precision machining doesn’t always end at the machine. We provide micro deburring, lapping, and polishing capabilities to support components requiring controlled edges, improved surface finish, and precision finishing after machining.
MICRO DEBURRING
Controlled removal of burrs from small holes, cross-holes, threads, slots, and intricate features while preserving critical part geometry.
LAPPING
Precision finishing of critical surfaces where improved flatness, dimensional control, and fine surface finishes are required.
POLISHING
Controlled surface finishing for components requiring improved surface quality, reduced roughness, or enhanced appearance.
CNC Turning
Process 04
CNC Turning
Supporting Machining Capability
Our CNC turning capabilities complement our Swiss department by providing flexibility for prototypes, development components, larger-diameter turned parts and applications better suited to conventional turning. Live tooling allows cross-holes, flats and additional features to be completed within the turning process.
CNC Milling
Process 05
CNC Milling
Prototype, Secondary & Complex Machining Support
Our CNC milling capabilities support prototypes, development work, secondary operations, fixtures and complex prismatic components. In-house milling also gives us greater control over supporting operations required for Swiss-machined production components.
Additive Manufacturing
Process 06
Additive Manufacturing
Production & Packaging Support
Our in-house additive manufacturing capability supports production with custom fixtures, handling aids and part-specific protective packaging. For sensitive or critical components, custom 3D-printed trays and protective solutions can be developed around the geometry of the part when required.

Quality assurance
Quality Built Into Every Part
Quality doesn’t end when machining is complete. Every order moves through controlled inspection, documentation, identification, and packaging to help ensure the parts you receive are correct, traceable, protected, and ready for use.
01
Incoming Material
Material verification, certifications, drawing and revision control, and lot traceability before production begins.
02
In-Process Inspection
Critical dimensions and features are verified throughout production to maintain process control and part-to-part consistency.
03
Final Inspection
Final dimensional and visual inspection confirms parts meet drawing and customer requirements before shipment.
04
Documentation
Inspection records, material certifications, certificates of conformance, and customer-required documentation are maintained and supplied as required.
05
Packaging & Part Protection
Standard packaging is provided for every order. Custom 3D-printed protective trays and part-specific packaging are available for sensitive or critical components when required. Additional charges may apply.
06
Shipment & Delivery
Finished components are cleaned, identified, packaged, and shipped with full traceability to ensure the correct parts, documentation, and quality reach you on time and ready for use.
